It’s very unhealthy. But I’m not a hypocrite, I do the same, so it’s better you did it at least on some basis.
It’s really unpleasant.
1. Don’t eat because you are boring, you are boring? Drink water feel diffrent.
2. When I’m veeery hungry I drink coca-cola zero, your stomach think that you ate something.
3. Do not start fasting from day to day. This is the worst idea.
You will faint and you can not handle the board at school.
Ideally, give yourself a week to come to a hunger strike. During this week Restrict food. Drink a lot, 3-4 l, tea or water. Before eating, drink water with lemon juice and pepper Canny. Eat brans. (Eat it, during fasting, preferably with yogurt, is low in calories but it works on gut and you do not have shivering and constipation).
During fasting, you can not completely stop eating. You’re losing your hair and you’ll have problems with concentration.
I recommend brans (you can eat a couple of tablespoons a day <3-6>) with yogurt, because the dry you can not swallow, Coca-Cola Zero, tea, water, grapefruit, apples, rice (brown is brilliant, one handful it’s like big lunch)
Important that you do not think about food. On fridge type “no snacking”. Find something to do, I’m dancing, I’m just learning how to dance like Tom Hiddleston, half an hour is better than training, I read a lot, I love Jane Austen, Bronte sisters (you know light, cute books). I watch TV series and movies take up a lot of time and it’s fun.
